Dear Guests, our apartments are located in peaceful environment, only 10 minutes walk from the old town, and a few minutes car or bike ride takes you to the beaches of picturesque Rovinj archipelagos.
Our house with the apartments is located on an enclosed property including 1000 m2 of lawn and private parking spaces.
There are one, two and three bedroom apartments for 2-6 persons, wich are situated either on the ground or first floor. The apartements are fully equipped for self catering and each units its own balcony or loggia with outdoor chair set.

If you want to spend your holiday in a perfectly quiet and peaceful place, you should visit Villa Ema.
Villa Ema is only 200 meters far from the sea and just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Rovinj. It is surrounded by a pine wood through which you can reach the pebble and stony beach stretching for kilometers. The Villa is a detached residential house with a large courtyard (800 m2) at your disposal only.
In the immediate vicinity guests can enjoy beautiful beaches, restaurants and a cafe bar on the beach. Not far from the apartments are a shop, bank machine, hospital, sports facilities and day and evening entertainment for children and adults within the nearby auto-camp. The centre of Rovinj can be reached by car, taxi, local bus, taxi boat or by a leisurely stroll along the sea.
Villa Ema is a perfect place for a carefree holiday and for those who enjoy long walks and bathing in blue and clear sea.
